  fell in the parking lot on some ice. I depend on others for transportation so I was not able to take the appropriate steps to fill out an accident report. I have had a miserable injured knee and then fell in my tub. The # listed in the phone book is tty #. Not giving up may have a fractured knee cap.I am posting this for Dorse J Julian

  I made an appt , it took 3months to get in. check in at the kios 30min before appt. lady called me back 20 minutes after appt time to tell me the kios messed up and someone would call me back soon. 50 minutes past appt time and i ask the same lady if i was in the appt slot and she said they already called my name. i told her no mam i have been sitting right in front of her the whole time. she told me to quit yelling at her and i told her i was not yelling but when she said that the security came up. and stood behind me. needless to say i went ahead of time for my appt and then was accused and treated like i had no right to be there. I cant believe it!!! I did not get my appt and left feeling like i walked out of the twilight zone!! Very rude.
